KineticForm requires iOS 18.6 or later. The Apple Watch companion app requires a compatible watchOS version supported by the current App Store build.

Yes. The free tier includes full workout tracking, all 27+ exercises, and 3 ML form analysis sessions per month. KineticForm Pro includes unlimited form analysis sessions, 91-joint Advanced Analysis, angle measurements, video export, and custom workouts. Current pricing is $5.99/month or $29.99/year (region-dependent).

KineticForm uses two on-device analysis modes. Standard Analysis uses Apple's Vision framework to track 18 joint points. Advanced Analysis uses ARKit Body Tracking to track 91 joint points on supported devices. Both modes calculate joint angles and compare movement against exercise-specific rules in real time.

No. Video frames are processed in real time and discarded immediately. No video data is uploaded to any server. You can optionally save form analysis sessions locally, which you can delete at any time.

KineticForm supports 27+ exercises including squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press, rows, curls, Romanian deadlift, and more.

Place your camera 6-10 feet away so your full body is visible. Good lighting improves accuracy. A phone tripod or propped position works well.

All data is stored locally on your device by default. If you enable iCloud sync, data is synced through Apple's encrypted iCloud service.

Yes. Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data to remove all your data. Individual workouts can also be deleted from History.

With your permission, KineticForm reads heart rate, HRV, sleep, and activity data to provide recovery insights. It writes completed workouts to Apple Health to keep your fitness data in sync.

Yes. HealthKit integration is optional. The app is fully functional without it.

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Find KineticForm and tap Cancel Subscription.

Go to Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data in the app. This permanently removes your local and synced app data.
